German sauce: first of all, to get that original flavor, is to substitute the olive oil for butter. We take a spoonful and in a frying pan we heat it over medium heat, where we will add the chopped onion to poach it. Then add the diced red bell pepper (5min), and the can of tuna (optional, I did not add it). Finally the cherry tomatoes with half a can or a quarter of peas (quantities to taste). We add butter by eye so that the vegetables do not burn, but two tablespoons would be enough. When the vegetables are almost done, add half a carton of fried tomato (200 g more or less) and a can of beer, the one we like. Let it cook over medium low heat with a lid for about 15 minutes, until it thickens.

Meanwhile, choose the type of pasta you like best (preferably short pasta) and cook it according to the manufacturer's cooking instructions.

Once the pasta is drained, add a tablespoon of butter and stir to make it juicy, and finally add the sauce to the pasta, stirring well.
