Hello Troop. We have a delicious recipe. CUTTLEFISH PIE. 👩🍳. Ingredients for 2 🍴. 6 mini cuttlefish 🍴. 3 potatoes (depending on size). 🍴. 2 garlic 🍴. Half a glass of white wine . 🍴. 1 teaspoon of paprika 🍴. 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise 🍴. 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs.

👩🍳. Preparation. 🍴. We boil the potatoes, until they are cooked. 🍴. In a mortar we put the two garlic and a few almonds (6 more or less ), we crush it well until we get a fine texture and set aside. 🍴. We put the cuttlefish in a frying pan until they are ready.

🍴. Once the cuttlefish are ready, remove them and in the same pan add the majado, when they are a little browned add the paprika and half a glass of wine and let it boil for a few minutes. Crush the potatoes well and add the sauce to taste. 🍴. The only thing left to do is to assemble the cake in layers. 🍴. In a mold we will put a potato base, cuttlefish, potato, cuttlefish, mayonnaise layer and finally the breadcrumbs, bake for about 3 minutes (to brown the bread, to make it crispy). Ready to enjoy.
