In a pot of boiling water put the corn to cook for about 5 minutes. This frozen product is available in my greengrocer's shop. The quantity for two people is approximately 200g.

In a frying pan fry the finely chopped leek with the crushed garlic, a little salt and butter over low heat. When this is poached, add the corn, previously drained and stir.

Add the milk and cook for a couple of minutes, until the corn absorbs it almost completely.

Beat the eggs with a little salt, pepper and cumin. Add them to the pan and cook for a few minutes until they begin to set.

Serve with some crumbled feta cheese, finely chopped chives and if you like torreznos, one chopped in small pieces is spectacular.
