Heat a splash of oil in a pan and saut茅 the garlic and onion.

Chop the carrot and broccoli. Add the carrot to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add broccoli and cover with broth. Add cumin and ginger.

Boil for 15 minutes until the vegetables are fully cooked.
