We make the date paste (we soak them for 15 minutes in hot water and grind them together with the water).

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with heat below.

Mash the bananas (they must be VERY ripe) with a fork.

Melt the coconut oil and beat it together with the eggs.

Add the bananas, coconut oil and eggs, and the date paste, along with all the dry ingredients, and mix.

Place the dough in a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, without taking anything out of the oven, we also put heat on the top, and leave it for 5 more minutes.

It will be ready to enjoy!
