Apple and cinnamon sponge cake in microwave oven

Peel and dice the apple into very small cubes.

Put the apple in a microwave-safe bowl mixed with cinnamon to taste.

Heat the apple and cinnamon in the microwave for two minutes.

In a blender cup, mix two egg whites or one whole egg with the milk or vegetable drink, with the ground oats (you can grind them if you don't have them already ground) and the yeast.

Add to the mixture the caramelized apple cooked in the microwave (with the juice it has released) and, optionally, a few drops of vanilla aroma. We can beat this with the mixer or, if you like to notice the pieces, you can mash the apple with a fork.

Put this mixture in a microwave-safe container (I do it in a tupper without a lid) for about five minutes. * If you feel like it, you can add chopped walnuts to this mixture, which look great in this cake.

Once the five minutes are up, unmold the cake (it comes out super easy) and enjoy it. You will see how tasty it is, being so simple to prepare and so healthy at the same time.
