For the batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff with the spices to taste. On the baking tray, and with greased baking paper, spread the egg whites batter. Bake in the oven, 180 degrees x 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Fry the onion, garlic and peppers in oil, add spices to taste, and the minced meat.

Put the filling on top of the egg whites and roll up. I added protein cheese and corn.
