Cook the broccoli. Drain the broccoli and pass it through a grater. Then throw it into the pan 1-2 minutes and add salt and garlic powder to taste.

Now I take it out of the pan and mix it with avocado and tuna/chopped meat.

On the other hand, I cut the eggplant into slices and brown them a little in the pan (or grill).

Now, on a plate I put the eggplant slices and on top I put the mixture (broccoli, avocado... from steps 1 and 2). Finally, on top of each one I put a little bit of cheese. And we put it in the microwave for a few minutes until the cheese melts. AND EAT!
