First pour a natural yogurt (in my case I used Alpro's natural yogurt with coconut) in the blender cup, and add the blueberries.

Once it is well beaten, pour it into a bowl and add the seed mix (mine are from Mercadona), a few walnuts and a few blueberries and it's ready. Easy and very tasty.
