We put the dough in a rectangular bowl with a thickness of no more than one finger.

Microwave for 3 minutes or bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 180°.

While the dough is being made, prepare the filling by mixing the other two tablespoons of beaten cheese with the strawberry piece. You can substitute the strawberry with a teaspoon of date paste.

Once the dough is ready, let it cool for a few minutes and spread the beaten cheese and strawberry mixture on top. If we do it while hot, the cheese with the strawberry will be watery.

Roll out the dough and cut into portions.

Melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil and dip the phoskitos.

Let it cool in the refrigerator until the chocolate solidifies.
