Integrate the wet ingredients (eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla essence).

In a separate bowl, mix the ground almonds with the sugar (the sweetener is always to taste. I used stevia and erythritol as natural sweeteners), baking powder, cinnamon and poppy seeds.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour the mixture into a muffin pan (I got 9 portions but it will depend on the size of your mold) and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
