Cook brown rice (about half a cup).

Add in a glass the dry wheat gluten products, garlic powder, sweet paprika, hot paprika (you can do it without), oregano and cooked brown rice.

The same amount of water or vegetable broth (I add a good splash of soy sauce as it gives a special flavor and it is not necessary to add salt).

Cut a piece of plastic wrap and with a spoon put some of the dough and shape it. Wrap well and make a knot on both sides as if it were a candy. One by one.

When they are all ready, put a good pot full of water and soy sauce and boil for an hour.

Wait for them to cool, remove the wrapper and eat! You can grill them, boil them or you can also freeze them.
