In the morning or a few hours before cutting 2 or 3 slices of a ginger root with 4 or 5 prunes and chop until it is very small, this chopped is put to macerate with EVOO.

After a couple of hours, put the broccoli in the varoma or a washed bamboo steamer and while the salmon is roasting in a pan for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve on the plate a couple of loins per portion, some broccoli sprigs and add a couple of teaspoons of the morning marinade on top, salt to taste and a little bit of sesame seeds.
