Start by mashing the banana with the dates and hazelnuts. It should be creamy, do not despair because it can take about 7min. If you want to speed up the process you can buy the hazelnut cream already made, but it must be 100% hazelnut.

Add the rest of the ingredients (I also added some evaporated milk but it is optional).

Bring to the fire to integrate well with the powdered milk. Let stand until it cools

You can use an ice cream maker or put the mixture in a tupper and take it to the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes (so that it doesn't crystallize and remains creamy). After about 4 times it will be ready🙌.

You can add 85% chocolate if you want to make it taste more like Kinder
