In a pot with boiling water and salt, add the pasta.

When enough starch has been dispersed in the water, adding a little of it to the pesto will help it become creamier and better distributed (clearly, you can also make a homemade pesto). If you want, you can add more parmesan to the pesto if you want it more intense (here you will have to add more water) or a little ricotta if you want it softer.

Drain the pasta, add the pesto and some pine nuts. Serve on plates, with half a burrata for each person on top and a handful of pine nuts.
