Grind oats into oat flour (or use oat flour directly).

Add the rest together with the oat flour and blend.

Prepare the frying pan over medium heat with a little EVOO to prevent sticking.

Make your pancakes, and when you have them ready, add toppings to taste. (With agave syrup they are very tasty, even if it is sugar :( )
