Put 1 cup and a half of water in a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. We have previously added a little water to hydrate the yeast. And we incorporate it in the bowl.

To the bowl we add the flour little by little, and we mix. When we can no longer mix. Sprinkle flour on the worktop and pour the dough. Knead by hand.

And when it stops sticking, put it in a greased bowl with a little AVOE. Let it rest for two hours or more.

After two hours, knead. Preheat oven for 15 minutes, heat up and down. Roll out the dough, and make portions to taste. I had small rolls.
