Preparación de la receta
1
Take an ovenproof bowl and mash the banana with a fork until it is mashed.
2
Add the cinnamon and mix well.
3
Now it is time to melt the coconut oil in the micro and, meanwhile, add the oatmeal to the banana with cinnamon. Stir well until everything is well impregnated, add the coconut oil and mix again. (Here I have added a little salt because I like to accompany my breakfast with chocolate chips or cocoa powder and salt enhances the flavor, but it is totally optional). *It does not have any sweetener because the banana itself gives it sweetness, but you could add date paste, honey (taking into account that this would add moisture to the mixture and possibly you would have to add a little more oatmeal to make it not so wet).
4
The next step is to put the pan in the airfryer and set it at 160° for 20 minutes. We open and stir every 5 minutes so it doesn't burn. *If we see that it is browning too much after ten minutes, we can lower the intensity to 155/150° and check every 3 minutes until it is ready (mine took 19 minutes). (It can be done in the pan or in the oven, but I can not tell you exactly times not temperature because I have not tested it yet 😅).

5
Finally, let it sit for a few minutes while you prepare your breakfast bowl so you don't get scorched haha. To store it and keep it crunchy for another day let it cool before storing and preferably put it in a tupper or glass jar 🥰.
