馃攨Baked salmon with sweet potato 馃攨. 馃摑Ingredients: 馃敼 1 salmon fillet. 馃敼 1/2 onion. 馃敼 1 medium/large sweet potato. 馃敼 1/2 lemon. 馃敼 salt and pepper. 馃ィProcessing: - Cut the onion into julienne strips. - Cut the sweet potato into 1-2 cm cubes. In a small bowl, season the sweet potato with salt and pepper beforehand. - Place on the oven tray and put it in the oven, pouring a dash of EVOO. - Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, heat up and down and air, for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender. - Add the salmon fillet, with lemon slices on top.
