Clean the eggplants and cut them in half! Up to the tail

Cover with water and add a handful of salt, two spoons of oil and a cayenne pepper!

Add the spoonful of bell pepper! And cover with a red bell pepper, a green pepper, the onion and finally the tomato.

Cook over high heat for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are well cooked.
