First soak the dates in boiling water for 5 minutes and preheat the oven to 170°C.

Blend the soy milk, oil and dates in a blender.

Grind the oats into flour and mix with the rice flour, spices, baking powder and baking soda.

Grate the carrot in a bowl and add the liquid mixture that we have previously beaten. Once mixed, add the dry ingredients and make a dough.

Put in the molds and bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes. Let cool. Make a few little puffs in the center and fill with yogurt.
