Grate or chop the zucchini and drain with a cloth or strainer to remove the water.

Mix with an egg and spread the dough on baking paper, leaving approximately 1 cm thick.

Bake until the dough is done and "solid/rigid" (approximately 20min at 210°C).

Remove the dough from the oven and, once it has cooled, turn it over so that it has a "nice side" on the outside.

Fill with the avocado and the two cans of tuna.

Roll up and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours wrapped in baking paper before slicing and serving.
