Cook the rice and separate the yolk from the egg white. Add the peas and carrots to a frying pan with a splash of EVOO and when they are done, add the corn and the egg white, stir and set aside.

Mix the rice with the egg yolk, stir in the pan and add a spoonful of soy sauce. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients and add another spoonful of soy sauce.

We can add more soy sauce if necessary, even after serving.
