First, the oat flakes are beaten to make them into flour.

Add the two eggs, the teaspoon of cinnamon and the dash of milk and whisk together.

In a frying pan grease a little with butter (as little as possible).

Pour the mixture and let it cook until it bubbles, then turn it over (about 2 pancakes).

You can decorate them as you like! I have put homemade jam (you have the recipe in my profile), and a spoonful of mascarpone cheese.
