Add all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir over low heat until well integrated and the oat flakes absorb the drink. The sweet potato is cooked in the microwave for 10 minutes and the dates were already crushed until obtaining the date paste.

Once it has cooled add the toppings. In my case: a piece of sweet potato to decorate, grated coconut 🥥, strawberry 🍓 and an ounce of 85% chocolate.

You can also leave it in the refrigerator and eat it fresh.
