Mix the minced meat, salt, parsley, pepper and garlic in a bowl.

We flatten the meat and place a slice of cheese on each hamburger and put another flattened layer of meat.

We put the meat in the oven for approximately 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Keep an eye on it so that it does not burn.

In the meantime we prepare the rest. We open the bread and place the lettuce (I put two large leaves) sliced tomato and onion strips to taste.

This is optional in case we like the bread hot, carefully place the hamburger already assembled in a frying pan at a temperature that does not burn the bread, just toast it and turn it over and over.
