Preparación de la receta

1

First remove the pits from the dates and leave them in hot water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the oatmeal. If you have it in flakes, grind them so that they are fine.

2

Grind the dates to a paste and add to the oatmeal. We put the chocolate in a bain-marie

3

Mix the oatmeal and date paste (here sometimes I add a little grated coconut but it is optional and to taste) should be a compact and manageable mass.

4

We make small balls with the dough and with our finger we make a hole in the middle and in this hole we pour the butter of cachuete.

5

I leave a little bit of leftover dough to cover the hole and leave the balls closed, once prepared, bathe in chocolate (whole or half) and put a little grated coconut, or some dried fruit that you like on top as decoration. Let cool in the refrigerator.

6

To cool I have tried to leave them on a rack and on a plate with baking paper. On the rack they stuck to me, but with the parchment paper they come off without any problem! This is the way you like it. Enjoy!
