Vegan coconut ice cream

Whip the refrigerated coconut milk beforehand.

Add the cream cheese (in my case vegan) and honey and stir.

Place in the molds and add the nuts (mine come with raisins).

Freeze at least 4 hours

Once frozen, unmold them and in a glass melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in 15-second intervals at maximum power, making sure they do not burn.

We add almonds to the chocolate and dip the ice cream in it

Put in the freezer for a few seconds to solidify the chocolate coating and that's it!
