Fry in a pot the 4 cloves of garlic together with the artichokes and the beans with less than a finger of oil approximately.

Once fried add 3 large spoonfuls of fried tomato and let it cook. Add 1 dessert spoon of ground bell pepper and take care that it does not burn, turn it 3 times and add the water quickly, more or less 1 and a half liters.

Let it boil and add salt to taste. Add the previously cooked beans and the rice and let it boil for the time necessary for the rice to be ready, in my case about 16 minutes and it is ready.
