Heat the milk with the dates and bring to a boil. Remove without boiling. When it has cooled down a little, blend it all.

Mix the whole wheat flour, water, vanilla flavoring, cocoa, EVOO and yeast. Add the mixture of dates and milk and blend again. If it is too thick, add a little more milk. Add an ounce of chocolate 85% chopped into small pieces and stir with a spoon.

Fill the muffin tins (I have put half a walnut in each one for decoration) and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes and make sure they do not burn.
