Place the ounces of dark chocolate in a bowl with the tablespoon of coconut oil and heat in the microwave at low temperature in 30-second intervals so that the chocolate does not burn.

Once melted, add to the chocolate mixture a spoonful of almond cream, the handful of chopped almonds and the crumbled puffed rice.

Once you have all the ingredients well integrated, transfer the mixture to a special mold for chocolate bars or nougat.

Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour for the tablet to harden. Unmold and eat.
