Mushroom risotto 🍄

Preparación de la receta

We chop the onion small type (bronoise) then the garlic in slices and in a frying pan we put a little oil to sauté a little garlic and then add the onion.

When the ingredients are browned, add the mushrooms with a little oil.

When the mushrooms have lost their water, add a little butter and the wine and let the wine evaporate.

We add the rice to flavor it and heat the broth and add a little to sauté the rice.

Add the rest of the butter and cover the rice with the broth. If we see that it lacks we add it little by little.

Check the rice and after about 12 minutes add the grated Parmesan cheese and integrate it with the rice.

After 15 minutes, remove from the fire and let it finish cooking without fire, it is time to season with salt and pepper.

Plate the risotto and garnish with a little grated Parmesan or grilled mushrooms.
