Cuscus with salmon and vegetables

In a saucepan we put water to heat to prepare our couscous (follow the quantity instructions according to the package). We put the couscous in a bowl and when the water is hot we pour it and cover it. After a few minutes we uncover and season with salt and pepper.

Chop the onion, bell pepper and carrot and sauté them with a little oil. While sautéing, chop the salmon into cubes.

When the vegetables are coloring add the shrimp and salmon and continue sautéing. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Once everything is cooked, pour the couscous in our pan and turn over a few times. Serve and ready.
