Preparación de la receta
1
We put the onion together with the garlic and a little olive oil. Once it is golden brown, add the leftover meat from the stew and stir everything.
2
Once stirred, add two tablespoons of whole wheat flour or even more, modifying the quantities depending on the amount of meat we have added.
3
Little by little we add the milk, in my case I have used vegetable oat drink, but it could be any you have at home, and little by little we stir so that it is like a paste that we can handle with our hands.
4
Once it is as I show below, we put it in a bowl and place plastic wrap on top so that it does not catch air or get a hard plate on top. Let it rest and cool.
5
Here is the film.
6
Next comes the art attack concoction 😎 we take part of the dough with a spoon, we pass it over a beaten egg and then through breadcrumbs, so we will make as many croquettes as we want and Chan Chan!!!!
7
Here I show you my croquetillas.
8
Finally, with the Airfryer preheated for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, we put the croquettes for 15 minutes at the same temperature controlling and moving them during that time.
