Peel the yuka and cut into large pieces.

If you have a food processor or powerful blender you can grind it raw. I boiled it for 15 minutes because it is too hard for my blender.

Once we have the yuka crushed into a homogeneous paste, olive oil is added by eye and the rest of the ingredients to give flavor. You can add the spices that you like.

Make the dough into balls with your hands and then flatten them and place them on a baking sheet.

Put in the oven at 180° for half an hour. When the first 15 minutes have passed, open the oven to turn them over.

Ready to be served with whatever you like!
