Clean the lentils well and soak them with a little bicarbonate the night before (12h).

Drain and put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor (except the psyllium). grind well (it does not have to be a puree but everything must be well integrated). Transfer the mass to a bowl and mix with the psyllium, let it act. Min 20 min

Preheat the oven to 180ºc. Make balls with the falafel dough (all the same size) and bake with heat up and down until golden brown on the outside 15-20 minutes.
