We put 1 sheet of gelatin to hydrate in water.

In the blender cup put the mango and the Skyr, put more mango or less mango according to your taste.

We beat everything.

Heat the milk and once the gelatin is hydrated, drain it and pour it into the hot milk to dilute it well with a teaspoon.

Pour the milk with the gelatin over the previous mixture and beat again.

Pour into the container and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
