Cook the peas. You can make them as you like: cooked, steamed, in the pan or even use a can of cooked peas. I made them in 5 minutes in the Lekue.

Mix the peas with the beaten egg, the flour (chickpea or rice flour), the cheese and the spices and stir until you obtain a dense paste. You can use any other type of flour, but the flavor may be "raw".

Let's get to the dough! 👐 Wet your hands with water and make little balls with the previous dough. You can also do it with a spoon.

Heat the frying pan with a little oil and cook the hamburgers until golden brown on both sides, and enjoy!
