Rehydrate the seaweed and soybeans for 10 minutes (although the recommendation for the soybeans is 20 minutes, I like to leave them for a shorter time to make them crispier).

Remove the excess water and add the seaweed to the pan. A couple of minutes later, add the soybeans.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top to gratinate.

When ready, plate and sprinkle soy on top.
