Weigh the same amount of cous cous, in grams and in ml of water, put in a bowl or small saucepan the cous cous and pour the hot water (you can heat it in the micro), cover 5 min, and ready, then with a fork you remove the skin.

In the meantime, put the garlic in a frying pan and when it is hot, brown it. When it is hot, lower the heat to medium and add the rest of the ingredients, first the mushrooms and spinach until they lose the water and then the rest (you can use the vegetables that you like or have at home).

Finally, when the vegetables are cooked to your liking, add the cous cous, the spices and the soy sauce and stir well. When I take it off the heat I add the feta cheese and a handful of seed mix.
