Banana and almond mug cake

In a small bowl (microwave safe) mash the ripe banana with a fork until completely mashed.

Add the egg, a touch of cinnamon to taste, ground almonds and continue beating until a homogeneous texture is obtained.

Once mixed add chocolate chips on top without sinking them too much or they will remain at the bottom of the mug cake.

Microwave for 3 minutes at 800W.

Unmold on a plate and add the toppings you like. I add a little more chopped chocolate and banana, blueberries, shredded coconut and walnuts. Enjoy!
