With a spiralizer, cut the zucchini into spaghetti shapes and set aside.

Chop the garlic, julienne the onion and dice the tofu.

Put a spoonful of EVOO in a frying pan and add the chopped garlic and onion, fry for a few minutes.

Add the tofu and continue frying.

Add a little salt, sweet paprika, pepper and crushed tomato. Let it cook over medium-low heat for a few minutes.
