Wash the mushrooms to remove the soil and we can cut them in half or we can slice them, as you like to eat them. Peel a large clove of garlic and cut it into very small pieces.

In a saucepan put three tablespoons of EVOO over medium heat and add the garlic. When it starts to brown, add the mushrooms, the cayenne and saut茅 for 1 minute. Then add half a tablespoon of flour and mix well.

Pour the wine and half a glass of water. Season and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

When we turn off the fire sprinkle the parsley and mix well.
