Mix the chocolate and butter in a bowl and microwave on medium heat. Stir it from time to time until it is completely melted.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract and dates. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.

Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the center of the brownie comes out clean.
