You can use cashew nuts previously soaked for about 4 hours or as I did, I used the leftover cashew nuts from making the cashew milk.

In case of not making the use, we grind the cashew nuts, add nutritional yeast, this is what will give the cheese flavor, it goes to taste, I have put 2 tablespoons, chop the onion very small, a little, about 30 grams, a few drops of lemon juice, Provencal herbs and salt, mix everything well and it's ready!
