The quantities of onion and bell pepper are to taste. Let's start! Poach the onion and bell pepper when it is well browned, add the fish (I only had that at home but you can add some clams). Fry everything together and add the crushed tomato, paprika, parsley and salt, let it reduce a little and add a glass and a half of water.
