Finally, add the oat flour (I added it by eye, until the dough was a little thick, like the typical pancake batter), and half a teaspoon of yeast to make them rise.

In the pan we put a drop of oil and spread it with the help of a piece of paper. We pour the batter until we have the pancakes (I got 4).

Once on the plate, add toppings to taste. I decided to put some more yogurt and strawberries 😋 Ready to eat! 🤤
