In a pot, add a little oil and when it is hot, toast the uncooked rice with chopped garlic for 1 minute, add water and let it cook.

Cut the vegetables and sauté them with another little oil in a separate pan. When the rice is cooked, add it to the vegetables and sauté for another minute with high heat and a splash of soy. Add pepper and paprika and mix.

Set aside and cook the Iberian pluma (I like it not too well done).
