The water should be warm. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Remove the dough from the bowl and knead well for a few minutes on the worktop with a little flour. OPTION 1: Take the baking tray and put baking paper, pour a little oil all over the area where we are going to put the bread. Shape the dough into the shape of a loaf and cut the top of the loaf in the shape of a cross with a knife. Brush the bread with olive oil. OPTION 2: Take a baking dish, grease it with butter and add a little flour covering the whole dish. Pour the mixture and spread it. Brush the top of the bread with olive oil to toast it.

Put it in the oven for 1 hour. Take it out and let it cool for about 15 minutes.
