A few tips before starting the recipe 👉 This recipe has sweetener, you can use the one you like the most. This cake is made with two teaspoons of date cream (generous). You can also grate lemon and you will have a spectacular lemon cheesecake. Cinnamon or vanilla can also be used. Let's get down to business 👉

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees up and down heat. Grease a baking pan with butter or use parchment paper.

In a bowl, beat the cheese with the yogurt and the date cream or the sweetener of your choice. We will do it with a manual whisk.

Add the eggs one by one and continue beating.

In this step and optionally you can add vanilla essence, cinnamon, lemon zest ... continue beating.

Pour the mixture into a springform pan (mine is 20 cm). Bake for about 60-70 min depending on the oven. When we see that the top is browned it will be ready.

Open the oven door (off) to prevent the cake from deforming with the sudden change in temperature.

Let it cool in the refrigerator for about two hours.

As a topping I have put a homemade strawberry jam, blueberries and fresh raspberries, it looks spectacular, but this part is a bit to taste.
